Enhanced through perception of Breathing.

Mind has no restriction of time and place. Unnecessarily, it always roams around. It wastes tremendous mental power. Regular practice of the technique 'perception of breathing' will increase concentration of the mind.

Since human mind at work is not concentrated enough, only 20% of the useful work is done. But after practicing perception of breathing regularly every day, the mind can reverse the general trend and perform 80% fruitful work.
